Once you've reviewed our proposal and are ready to proceed, we require a deposit to secure your catering services for your chosen date. The deposit is either $3000 or 30% of the total estimated cost, whichever is less. Upon receipt of the deposit, we'll send you a contract for your review and signature. Yes, we offer tastings for $150, which includes the bride, groom, and up to four guests. This fee is applied to your booking if you choose to move forward with us.
